Sponsored by Seaford Tomorrow, 1st Saturday is held, of course, the first Saturday of every month - May through September.  Local vendors, food trucks and music are always a given.  Each month will also feature a local brewery or winery with tastings for those 21 years and older (I.D. is required by everyone).  1st Saturday is open for business from 4pm to 8 pm each month.

Seaford Tomorrow is an all volunteer community group working to return Downtown Seaford to a destination location for locals and visitors alike.  We need volunteers to help in many areas from strategic planning and business recruitment to event help.  If you have a talent in event planning, marketing, finance, business development or just have a passion for downtown, join us.  To learn more, email us!

Downtown Development Grants are available for both small and large projects; both residential and businesses. These grants are provided through a program funded by the State of Delaware and applications are currently accepted twice each year.

What is the Downtown Development Grant ?

Matching grants are available to downtown businesses in Seaford on a rolling schedule.  Grants are matching up to $2,500 per business per project.  Eligible projects include exterior business signage, awnings, and artistic exterior murials.  For more information, click here.
